A card credit is redeemable for one customized greeting card and is automatically applied to your order. You receive card credits when you cancel a purchased greeting card or when you purchase a card plan. You don't have to do anything to use a card credit... just make sure you are signed in, and your available credits will be applied to any future purchases!

Card credits expire after one year, but they will automatically be extended as long as you have an active card plan.
